Please also note that in line with our green ethics, we are looking to significantly reduce our impact on the planet and as such, we provide unlimited talk-through appointments over the phone or by zoom without charge as all queries can be easily dealt with over the phone/zoom or through email correspondence appropriately.
If you definitely want a ‘’face-to-face’’ meeting with your drafter simply to talk through your documents or for any other reason that could easily be dealt with via a telephone call, zoom meeting or email then we will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with you for up to an hour and the fee for this meeting will be £55 + v.a.t (£66 inclusive – no refund of any part of an hour unused is able to be given) and this fee MUST be paid at least 7 days in advance and if the meeting is subsequently cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be able to be given. Should another subsequent meeting then be required to be made the standard fee will be required to be paid in advance again.
As such, we STRONGLY recommend that you deal with all matters through phone, zoom or email.
