We provide a complete professional estate administration service enabling us to offer a holistic proposition to all of our clients, giving them real peace of mind that when the time comes all aspects of winding up and administering their Spanish estates will be done gently, efficiently and professionally.
Using us means that at a time when your nearest and dearest will not necessarily be functioning at their best, they will not have the added stress of having to find and negotiate with Spanish Solicitors etc as all the work and the fees associated with it will have very sensibly been organised and agreed by you in advance.
We only charge 1.75% + IVA of the estate assets and our minimum fee is just €1800 including IVA.

Assisting your family/beneficiaries in advance
It is a very good idea for you to consider arranging matters for your beneficiaries before your death this includes:
Getting each beneficiary the NIE number they will need to actually claim their inheritance rather than they be forced to arrange this themselves.
Organise the Power of Attorney that will need to be given to our solicitor (if we are your executors) in order for the probate process to start and for him to liaise with the beneficiaries
