ID we need to see

During the COVID-19 outbreak, where we are taking instructions over the phone, we will need to see the relevant ID documents below being held by our clients in a photo sent electronically as an e-mail attachment

This is to enable us to see that the individual instructing us is in fact the individual themselves.

Any phone with a camera will enable this to be done either as a selfie or by someone who is socially distancing from you taking the picture.

We also have a service where we can verify your Identity online via Alpha Legal. Here’s a short video of Debbie explaining how to go about doing this should we require it from you.
